Once again you have written a truly gripping chapter. I was totally hooked. It actually is a horror story - worse. In part one of this chapter, I actually did feel a little empathy for Tamayo, based on his childhood and college life, but this part wiped away all of that. Please tell me there are no physicians who are actually like this! And if there are, then don't tell me.
Your writing is masterful. I only have one question, and maybe it's because I'm not medical; did he actually convince Mary it was her fault? Was it her fault? I guess it's not clear, unless he should have been warned by the - what was it - a spongy feel. One way or the other, I think it might need a little more explanation.
What a bastard!
I'm hoping Linda will change her mind, or her friends will convince her to go for the autopsy, but I'm also afraid that, like me, she totally trusts physicians.
Very well done.

John-----once again--THANK YOU for great review---I tried to clarify Mary's innocence and Taymayo's culpability in previous chapter. I will likely add more clarification to chapter 8 as you've noted----next chapter posted today----thanks again---Doug
