You have such a way of bringing out the emotions in your stories and this story is "about" emotions so it's a double whammy. A perfect description of coming to terms after a loss or a bad decision. Beautiful writing.

This story, Regret, Remorse, and Acceptance, finds these deep emotions present as the older woman looks back into her past. The reader can sense those emotions at play here and how they are both somewhat painful, but also motivating.
