I have found that listening to the opinions of others, trying to see things from their point of view, is the best way to sway them. My brother and I had such a conversation when I saw him before he died. I shared why I thought he was wrong or mislead, and he listened. That's all I could ask.
I'm on edge about the election myself. We shall see what happens.
Your opinions are, as you said, your own, and I thank you for sharing them.

I have found dump the trump lovers to be rabid. My elder sister became one. She tried to spout the rhetoric at me and I did something unlike myself. I told her to shut the *#$@ up, or I would thrown something at her head. I am sure you realize that a sweet little miss like myself rarely talks like that. I really do believe that cursing is the very last resort. I have been known to say things like......"Did your Mom and her brother. AKA Mom and Dad date long?

Well, at least I won't be in the line of fire, I'm UK English and won't be voting for either of them. I had to vote here in my own country, and that was bad, I didn't like any of them!!
