Beautiful lullaby for your little granddaughter! It conveys all the natural impulse to protect and ward off threat and danger so that Bella can sleep soundly in her grandmother's arms. Well done, Gypsy. Debbie

Raising a child from a baby is not an easy task and I can see the love in all its depths oozes through your story/poem. With beautiful wording, the language is absolutely perfect for this poem, well done, blessings Roy

What a beautifully written free verse poem. I like the title and could relate to the love a mother shares with her baby (wanting he/she to feel loved and safe in her arms even if the mom is tired and in need of sleep. The love, warmth and security her baby feels is of the utmost importance.
