I had noticed that AI just cannot compete with the human brain as we are unpredictable, unique, diverse and eccentric. My daughter's house is controlled by computers and I am frightened to speak as I might turn something on that I shouldn't! It is a laughter a minute in her home and when I stay I have difficulty turning the lights on without a switch! Ha ha ha, a fun read, love Dolly x

Very good questions and observations in this poem. I don't like or trust AI at all. I think we will regret using AI, especially in things like art and creative writing. Once it can take over our creativity we are in serious trouble. Thanks for sharing.

Once it takes over ANYTHING we are in trouble, and you know it will. I just hope these robots that they have aren't ever made where man is not in control - where they can't turn them off.

That's funny about your govt officials like AI robots in their early stages of intelligence. I think we have a lot of those, too. Stymied by lack of.
I wonder if our grandkids would even notice, glued to their cell phones as the are, but really, I agree with you. I think it's a dangerous concept.

yes, I know what you mean. Sometimes I use my southern slang, which of course AI has never heard of and they keep changing it.

It's always you quiet ones who get the job done so freakin well, when the mouthpieces and peacocks aren't paying attention enough. Bravo for this masterpiece!! I absolutely love it.

thanks, Gretchen. I've read some reports of experiments with AI that, to me, are way beyond what we should be doing. And some people always take things to extremes. It just smacks of more government control.

I do also. I remember saying to one of my military buddies, years ago(how many you ask) that going digital with every financial transaction will cause havoc for a while. He said "no way". Then didn't get his pay on time. True story. Smaht huh? Now who's being funny.

I think it is terrifying to know that at some point machines are deciding things for us and making the choices without our input at all. Why would anyone want a machine to be in control? Great poem.
