Very nice thought provoking 5-7-5 poem. I was quite a philisophical child and I spent vast amounts of time wondering about the universe. Still do. It is amazing how insignificant you feel when you think about how vast it is.

Made me think. It is a very real self- reflective piece. It was deep but basic. Meaning, the adjectives could have been more thoughtful. It had both positive and negative meanings.

-The syllable count is good, along with the topic.
-You wrote a very good senyru.
-I like the style because it isn't
straight forward, like "I am thrilled."
-It is more philosophical and that
is a good thing in my opinion.
-The first two lines show how
and why you are thrilled.
-The last line shows why you feel that way.
-A very good poem with very good imagery.
-Good luck in the contest!! An excellent entry.

Compared to our galaxy of stars, we are insignificant. But aren't we lucky to be able to admire them from afar? I am still thinking about your words even after I've read your poem several times!
