"Rules are rules" Yes, but some break them and get away with it.
"Have you heard of the three-legged cat?" Nope, can't say I have.
"They did not seem to have much on the ball." Don't have much on my ball either.
"So I dropped the dime." They might rat you out in court.

I wish I cool review this more positively but my mind is still stuck on the fact I was booted out of two contests while similar names appear often in the winner's categories. I think we should do away with the CEC and have the voters solely determine who wins the contests.
