Quite the interesting story. You managed to tell it in exactly the 100 words as required and have the required parts of flash fiction.
Besides all that, your story was well told and intriguing of these two individuals, standing at the edge of the clliff watching the crashing waves.

I thought this was well written. I thought the dialogue between Jesse and the weathered woman works so well. You can see the deep sorrow and the hope that intertwines their lives. For me this showed that even in our darkest moments we are not alone.

Perfect! That was exactly I hoped to portray. That when we think there is no hope and consider ending everything, we must reach deep inside and know that someone loves us and they will be left to struggle with whatever you decide. Do you want to do that to them?
