Oh, can so understand why this would be a memory to stand out. I can so identify with you and your love for horses. I have had a few in my lifetime and used to compete in dressage.

Thank you. It is my favorite memory. I always wished Dad had kept at least one of the horses, but I suppose it wasn't practical for him to do so.

This story, A Long Time Ago, is a great one to hold on to. The love of horses seems organic when the family used them to farm. It is a terrific memory brought to us.

"the jingle of harness and clip-clop of horse's hooves." It's descriptive.
There are two errors for correction. The second paragraph, My daddy begins a new sentence and needs to have a capital letter for the word,
my. Also, nineteen-fourteen-nine. I think you want nineteen forty-nine or 1949.
