Thank you very much Michael! It was my friend?s dog but I have been through such loss too. I wanted to pay tribute to a noble life, well lived.

Aaah, the tears always flow and it has happened too many times in my own life, but it seems there is enough room in my heart to remember each and every precious pup that has enriched my life.

I shall give the current pup (Womble) an extra cuddle tonight on the strength of your poignant poem.
