Oh, this sounds so delicious! Unfortunately, due to food allergies and intolerances, I can only have the eggs, plain with salt and pepper. Me so sad! :(( I know, how utterly boring too, but at least I can eat them. I will pass this on to my daughter in law. My grandchildren will love this. Thanks for sharing, and all my best in the upcoming contest.

You will not be sorry, Brenda. But make sure you don't use the whole muffin or it may not get done. Only use a half one and push them down to help them be more like a crust. Even if they don't stay that way. By then you will know who I am so you can let me know how it turns out.

Interesting recipe. Besides the ham I would add red and orange peppers. And before I add these to your mix, I would sauté the ham and peppers to soften them a bit and add another depth of flavor.

Lol, John, request of kids after we tried it all, no veggies. I use only deli ham, so there is no need to sautee. This recipe has been changed many times, but maybe we could use a different crust or only half a biscuit for each spot.
I am willing to make a bet with you. You try it, and if you don?t absolutely love it just as it is, you have a new bottle of Everclear delivered.
How do you like that deal?

Great entry for the contest, easy to use follow format makes me hungry just reading the recipe the egg bake is a common dish in many cultures including Korea where we eat it frequently as a side dish

Hi there Bill. thanks for the awesome review, and you helped me realize that we all have different terminology for different things. So I edited my recipe to say kettle, no pan. Actually I used for my white sauce is a Dutch oven if you remember those from our era. You are very close to the same age as me, but maybe a little older. So that is what I used for making my white sauce. That must have sounded pretty weird that I would use a sheet cake pan for a white sauce. LOL.. thanks again for the awesome review.
