I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when I read that they threw a a smoldering towel into the garbage. Of course, this could have been very serious, but it sounds comical because that's what young girls would mindlessly do. Toss it, and it becomes someone else's problem.
I laughed out loud when Christi asked the cop to jump her, lol! Probably why he wanted to date her!
I'm reading a lot of "family" stories this morning and they are all so entertaining! Of course, I'm familiar with your family by now, and I'm always amazed at the "interesting experiences" your children gave to you:-)

As always, your stories about family and children bring back so many hair raising memories of mine. I guess we both are lucky that we have made it through the "younger" years and still have most of our faculties with us. LOL

Nothing major that's for sure...I do much worse lately. I think I am losing some of the gray matter for sure. Do youthink I could blame it on the children? Probably more like old age! LOL

Thank you Dolly. She wasn't trying to burn it down. Just being a stupid Kid and throwing a smoking towel she'd had over a lamp into her closet. It worked out without about being a tragedy. Just another bump in the road.
