I think this is a great entry for the Naani contest. The descriptions were wonderful and mouth-watering! I love how you started with "blistering deliciousness"--brilliant. And I love how you wrapped-up by saying "lifeblood of India". Well done!

As my husband is from India I know and enjoy Indian food. Naan is delicious, especially the ones my mother-in-law used to make. Yours sounds super too. best wishes for your entry!!
