You're so funny! Die of "free willy." That whale that played the part of "Free Willy" didn't have a great life after he was "freed." That whale would say that "freedom" is definitely overrated. I think I see now why I did not enter this contest. One hundred words - phooey!
I must admit that I don't understand who the players are: the female born on a particular day, the mother of all reasons, or the one trying to navigate through their bad choices.

Hmmm.
Not sure I understand the two free Willy references. I saw the movie many years ago. I don't get the swamp of the jungle die free Willy reference.
Besides that I applaud the good writing.

Yes, free will is very important, but it obviously has its limits. When abused, it can obviously turn nasty! Thanks for the share and good luck for the contest.

That is a most interesting 100 Word Story. Did you put the language war I h for the word CRAP. Made me chuckle because we argue with our pre/teens about saying that.
