Gypsy, do you feel better about yourself now? Writing will help the anxiety and will release the tension within yourself. If you cannot talk to someone sit down with a pen and a piece of paper and write away your thoughts.

I do feel better. I have a good doctor and found the right medication... maybe I should write that in my author notes. I live with my daughter and grandson. He is a precious little boy, I take care of him.

I still feel bad about myself but I'm working on it.
