Hi. We have one perennial hibiscus plant, about twelve years now that attracts hummingbirds. I find that to be so cool.
I may have to get terracotta bowl or a bird bath placed in my garden in 2024. As long as they don't mess with my tomatoes, I'm good with it.

Thanks for a perfect 20 syllable poem and for the idea.

Hi there,

you did a good job with this competition entry. All syllables are present and correct which is always nice!

I'm a big fan of observational poetry. It's very relatable. Nice form here, good solid rhymes as well.

Beautiful. We have some flowering gums which attract rainbow lorikeets, and birds drink and splash in Sunny's outdoor wate bowl. Birds are a constant source of delight and pleasure as you have captured very well in your twenty syllable well-rhymed poem. Best wishes for your entry.
