I'm so sad after reading this Mike, our children and grandchildren are significant in our lives, and their loss is incredibly sad if we'd had never had children or indeed animals in our lives it probably wouldn't bother us, but when we do they are incredibly important and significant, so I weep with you, but you're right, life is to be lived, not be a state of mourning, beautifully written, merry Christmas, blessings Roy

This is a beautiful poem that you have written for those who not only celebrating Christmas but are celebrating it with a broken heart because of somebody who they lost during the year. My heart goes out to you for your loss. I wish you the very best Christmas ever. And those two feathers that you had in your hand those were real, and I think God himself placed them there. Patricia.
