I love this! Beautiful, poetic writing. I like the image you chose. I really love the line "created to create." It fits the theme well, good luck in the event!

This is so beautiful, Jess! How could Sally not love this? And I know that she did because she cried, as her heart does when she is so moved. Actually so did I when I read it. You are every bit as sweet and thoughtful as I knew you to be the moment I met you. Sally's eyes are a reminder to me to treasure what I do have and not take anything for granted.
Her strength, integrity and faith are a remarkable part of who she is and is instrumental in keeping me looking on the bright side in my own health.
Thank you sweet Jess for writing this for Sally
The beauty of your heart's enhanced
Its been a while since we have danced
So face to face, or cheek to cheek
You're full of grace and so unique!
And if you dance with Sally Law
You first must learn the cha-cha-cha
LOL
God Bless you my very dear friend.

LOL, do you know the story about Sally's and my dance? She has written things for me in the past about when I could finally walk again, we would do the cha cha cha. So I thought it paired in nicely with our little dance theme we have had going. LOL.

Of all the senses to lose, I think sight would be the worst. Still, disabled people find other ways around 'normality.' I did, and I have never thought myself disabled, only abled. Your poem spoke to me and your words were not full of pity. There is always a way around a rock. K xx

This is a beautifully written verse, a tribute to your dear friend, Sally.
Written with delicacy, the colorful language evokes her essence.
I like that it reads as one stream of consciousness.
The word painting touched my senses, furthering my enjoyment.
Thank you for your offering.

Nicely done. I like your style and envy your free verse skill. I strive to one day write a free verse poem but feel horrified at the thought. Have a good day.

The author's words are just beautiful! I loved reading this poem. The
poem brings out Sally's determination as she moves on. The last stanza
says it all! The author's words brought me to tears. The poem flows and
connects well. The artwork the author chose goes well with the words of
this poem. Jessica, the poem is filled with uplifting thoughts and Sally's
determination. Thank you...
This dedication for Sally is filled with admiration, love and kindness.

Hi Jessica,
I like this poem in honor of Sally, She doesn't let her diminishing eyesight
slow her creation down. She has good imagination and power in her words.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Enjoy your day.

Darling woman, you're so sweet! My husband and I cried together over your beautiful poem. I'm so blessed by this, my friend. What a treasured gift you are, Jess, and the poem! How can I express my thanks for such an honor? I feel I'm stumbling now with the right words to say. Thank you, thank you!
I see you very clearly, Jessica Wheeler, and the kind and loving spirit within. It's obvious.
Sending you my best today, and love and blessings always.

Well, now I'm crying! lol
It didn't take long for me to realize how special you are. Even through a screen! I admire your talent and strength. Sometimes inspiration strikes- and you are inspirational!
You and Debi have been so supportive and wonderful since I started writing again. I haven't had that encouragement since my sister died. She and I would write together (songs mainly) and I was blocked for so long. I am forever grateful for the motivation.
I'm lucky to know you! Thank you.
