a nice whimsical witty and wacky tale of a wedding gone terrible wrong. I like the alliteration and the way the whole thing flows and tells a wacky tale. this particular prompt was wickely hard

Hi Jim, you most likely weren't awake at the time that this was everyone's every post. Nobody was spared. It took over even the home page and all of the voting booth. There wasn't one piece in this whole site that wasn't this poem. So if you had 25 or 1000 posts, they were all this poem. It was a disaster and I felt like hiding my face in the ends of the earth, I felt that bad. I knew it wasn't anything I did, but if everyone would have lost their complete portfolio, (some of twenty years) I'm not sure what I would have done. The way it was, I did not sleep after it happened and was sick the whole night. It was 2:30AM my time and then Tom shut the place down in the middle of the night until about 10:00 AM my time. So you probably didn't have time to notice. I did take screenshots tho. This baby will go down in FS history as the most viewed poem ever. LOL
Thanks my sweet friend tho for the kind comments about it. I am just so thankful we all got our work back.

I feel so guilty. When I read your line about the most viewed poem ever, I laughed. Then I thought of the trauma to you. All your hard work-and your poems always show expert, hard work-for nothing. I wish I could give you a poem, but that would cause you to drop in your ratings!

This is an admirable piece of continuous alliteration. I'm pleased Wendy woke with wisdom after all that drunken violence.
I was aware of the invasive multitude of your poem and I feel for you.... a shame to 'overshare' when it wasn't your fault, and to miss out on the contest.

Thank you so much for those heartfelt words. At this point, Hon, I am so thankful that it wasn't my poem that did this. Yet I felt so responsible and cried like a baby when it was fixed. As much as I worried for my own portfolio, I was distraught all night long for yours and everyone else's.
So it was fine to miss the contest, as long as I know that I don't have to try to hide my face. LOL.
I also appreciate your kind words for my poem, and your gracious six stars.

So you were the culprit that caused me to wonder how did FanStory get hacked as all my compositions became Wendy and Wayne's Wacky Wedding but the pictures never changed.
For a few hours with nothing to do I was less chagrined and undecidedly concerned. Thanks to the other TOM.

Hi Tom, as upsetting as this was to the rest of you, it was downright devastating to me. I was of course concerned for my portfolio as was everyone else, but I was even more distraught for yours and others, and felt so responsible. After all, I didn't know what caused this either. I was in the middle of editing and posting at the time it happened. It's nice that I no longer have to plan where I should hide my face on the other side of the earth.
Thankfully Tom let me know it wasn't my fault, but that still wouldn't have changed what I would have felt if it couldn't have been fixed.
That was one of the hardest sleepless nights I have been through in a long time. I cried like a baby when I checked and all was back to normal.
However when I reposted, there was no possibility to enter it in a blind contest after it had been everyone's every post in their portfolio. Hard to hide your identity when you are being insulted in the forum too.

It was time to let a few of those feelings out. And who better to do it with than a good friend. Thanks for letting me vent about how it was for me. I also took screenshots in the voting booth and home page where I was the only one there too.
LOL, I guess this classifies me as the most powerful post ever on FS. Haha!
