The photo is beautiful Tom. This story is like a nightmare Tom and I think you should be grateful to be woken from from it. Arriving at the pearly gates in your PJs and all that pain gone because you actually feel nothing now. I always think a little pain means we are still alive which is a good thing. Love Dolly x x x

So you were slipping into Heaven and your poor wife was going through Hell. Lol. This was a fantastical journey. I liked the premise of it (with the exception of dying.) Very well written. Gretchen

It was but a dream and she was dreaming perhaps of someone else, like me as I can see that happening

I love this photo. It looks like a painting. Did your really dream this on a night when your wife dreams of Hell or this this just Tom being Tom? It would be worderful to dream of heaven. I can't imagine dreaming of Hell. I have a problem picturing you in a gown. Maybe you could say tugged on your sleeve.

I guess our dreams may forecast what we feel our chances are getting into a positive afterlife. If we can catch St. Peter napping, well, maybe there's a chance. The wife in the story needs to not eat spicy foods before sleep.
