Hi Beth, Don sounds as if he was a creative child. Maybe too creative for his own good at times, Lol. Now boys are boys and Don proved to be all of that. I so enjoy this as you well know. Ulla:)))

Thank you Ulla. Don is very creative. He can build more anything and he also a fantastic artist and has a great singing voice. He is a chiropractor so he uses hands for that too.

Don sounds like quite a corker! Another strong personality in your home. Of course he was a bit surrounded by females, but still...

His denying everything sounds to have been a challenge, but you handled them with grace. Sounds like he gave all of you quite a scare from time to time.

I'm sure he enjoys you sharing his story. You are gifting your children with a great family history.

Have a great weekend,
Rhonda

Thank you Rhonda. All my kids were challenging in the own way. Everyone seems okays find with my writing about them except Christi. She is afraid I'm going "to trash her." I tell her, I just tell it like it is and she says that is what she is afraid of. LOL

Beth, This is a very well written story about your son Don. You used great descriptive words letting us know about the things he was very good at and some things that might have troubled you. Very good descriptive words and very nice imagery from the picture you chose. Thanks for sharing. I always enjoy reading your work my friend. love and blessings, Teri

Don sounds like a great guy to have around. Is he still as good with his hands? Did he end up with a job doing creative things? I'm sure it was fun living in New Orleans, I've only seen bits of it on the T.V. and on 'NCIS New Orleans' But I've seen some of the parades on the television, and they do look amazing. I enjoyed reading this about your only son, Beth. :)) Sandra xxx

Thank you, Sandra. Don can still do whatever he sets out to do with his hands including construction, painting, playing music but he became a chiropractor. He still works with his hands. He's starting a new deck next week.

Oh my goodness! Your talented son really kept you on your toes and always in need of a doctor nearby. I'm so glad that you also encouraged his creativity and skill. He was apparently better with wood than with cars.

himself any seious harm. (serious)

Thank you Helen. Yes Don kept me on my toes. He still keeps the medical doctors in business because he seems to have developed a lot of medical problems but he's a busy Chiropractic doctor as well. He is still great with other projects. He is about to tackle building a new deck.

Sounds like he kept you hopping and wondering. At least, life wasn't boring, was it? My youngest was quite a bit like that, but not so many accidents. He wasn't daring, but he was creative.

Thank you for a great review. Don was pretty challenging but he was an interesting child. I was glad I had at least one boy among all those girls.

Boys will be boys and Son sure met expectations, didn't he? Me? With five sisters and no Allie's life was tougher for me, plus I was the smallest freshman. And thinnest senior. A mark for bullies. I'd love to see those jerks today as after graduating at 17 being 6''3/140 within a year I was 6''6/190. Thank you Uncle Sam.
