Even with this being an awful tragedy, I enjoyed your opening question. It was a great eye-catching opening.
Catches:
"May be subject to extreme pressure. And any failure of the vessel could cause severe injury or death."?
(injury or death?"
to injury, disability and death."?
Finally, what if the waiver stated, "If I am injured, I may not receive immediate medical attention"?
(Same issue. Punctuation always inside of the quotes.)
Your follow-up questions were intriguing, but man will continue to explore all that it can. It's in our nature. Hopefully safety will remain paramount . . . But I doubt it.

That was excellent, Brett. I must admit I do feel sorry for that young 19 year-old, his mother lost him and her husband. Why, in heaven's name do people want to do things like this? It goes to show how stupid people with too much money can be. They hadn't tested Titan enough, yet they still sent people down in it. It's all about money. Ridiculous. Well done, my friend, this was really interesting. :) Sandra xx

This reminds me of saying my mom, she'd 91 years old, says quite often, 'They have more money than brains.' I think it holds true in this situation. Thank you for sharing this with us. I enjoyed reading.
