Earlier on in my life, I had to go through quite a lot of group counseling. One of the things that we had to obey in group counseling was that we had to listen when someone else had the floor. That's why the last line of your poem really speaks a message to me because silence has to be taught. Patricia.

Patricia, I appreciate your sharing your experience and where you gained the insight to listen. I believe listening to someone with an open heart gives the speaker one of lifes most precious gifts.
