Wow, this chapter is something else again. I hope you don't intend to let Crissy and Brandi die in this story. I might never forgive you if you do. I don't know if I'm looking forward to the next chapter, or not.

You don't want to let that dog die, not do you?. You'd have some upset readers. Most people can handle murder better than they handle pet-a-cide. That is a word isn't it? It is now. I'm glad to see this story continuing, but we need some relief so post again soon.

I was on the edge of my seat, willing this despot to have a scintilla of compassion...
One suggestion:
"Terry, it's Wyatt. We got a talk. Call me. I've got the girl." /// Maybe "we gotta talk" works better?

How cruel and unfeeling. How terrifying for her as she faces imminent death and knows her dog will suffer a painful death. Such unbelievable corruption. Very well written. A very dramatic chapter, and my stomach is in knots.
