So, you are back writing again. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving day with your family. This chapter is every bit as good as the previous ones. Keep writing and I will keep reading.

Good morning...
I have finally pulled myself back to where I want to be and am enjoying writing again. Thank you so much. Though life put me on a plane to my grandchildren in need, I am managing to get in some time on FS. My apologies for my delay.
Have a great day!

So, we still don't know what's in that box. I hope Sandy comes clean. I feel Hank and Emmy could be of help to her. Once again you have a good story on your hands. Thank you for sharing it with us.

You are in my thoughts this morning, Barbara. I hope all is well and thank you for always being there for me, both in my writing and my personal life.

Hank and Emmey make a good team. They both seem to come to the same conclusion about the coffee cups. Sandy does intent to give out further information unless she has too. I'm wonding what is in the package left on the front porch.

Hello, I liked this part of a story. One remark - you write this story from multiple points of view. Some authors, who use this technique, put the name of the POV character at the beginning of each POV, to help their readers to follow the story.
EMMY
(the scene, Emmy's pov)
SANDY
(another scene from Sandy's point of view).

My apologies for my delay in responding. I appreciate your support and suggestions. Life keeps throwing me these curve balls and I don't want anyone to think their time is not appreciated.

This is another excellent chapter. You moved the story along nicely. Poor Sandy, I hope she does not get hurt. I do not see any room for improvement. I look forward to the next chapter. I pray things are going well with you.

Sandy comes from a rough background but her heart is good. She tried to keep Fenton's name out of the mix since she realizes life is already tough for him. And now she will carry Rudy's problems on her shoulder as well.

Having not read any other portion of the book, it seems your character development is good. The pace and flow work well. The dialogue is believable. You have set up two crises and we are left with a cliffhanger.
A good read. Thanks for sharing.

You are a great writer. I love the way you keep the story moving with fast-paced writing and changes in scenes throughout the post. Well done. I hope you had a great holiday.

Good morning
My apologies for being so late in responding but life has thrown this old lady a curve as usual and I am struggling to catch up. You warmed my heart with your words "great writer". Though I'm probably not great but good, a few months ago I thought I'd never try to write again. I've been blessed to return and so thankful.
Smiles and hugs, Carol
