This is another beautiful tribute poem, Gloria, to this poet. I've read a few tributes this morning, so had to go and read one of his poems, and I wish I had found them earlier. Lovely heartfelt words.

A lovely poem to highlight your friend august. I am glad you choose to commemorate a writer in this way. I particularly like the line he made the night more colorful than day, a tribute any writer would want.

Gloria, this is a most wonderful poem and a contribution to a poet I never knew about on this site. Obviously, being mainly a prose writer there is so many writers I haven't come across. I think I've missed out here. I loved your poem and your words. Ulla:)))

What a fantastic tribute this is to August. I believe the Holy Spirit guides your pen as well.
How you write so smoothly and beauty comes from the heart. It is easy to see that.

Lovely tribute to Crzypntr. I didn't know him but I'm sure he would love it. I'm not a sonnet expert but it seems to me that this is a perfect example and it sounds wonderful when I read it outloud.

It's another of your amazing pieces that I could sit and read for hours, over and over, and still not catch all the nuances. One day, when you are sooooo famous, these people will be able to say she wrote about my daddy, too! *smile*
