I always prep in advance...especially since I have gotten older. Split it into two days... helps a lot. thanks for reading and yes, she deserved the egg on her face. Smiles, Carol

Ralf, I was married to an Italian (the kid's dad) and all he would eat was Italian. Even used to make my own sauce... not anymore. Thanks for the review. Smiles, Carol

How do you do all this? My goodness, I wish I had half your energy and gracious spirit. I taught night school modeling and was a resident make up artist for Barbizon of Orlando for three years. Trust me, I've met them all. My most beautiful model lived in a shack with her parents and six brothers and sisters. Those who work hard and appreciate food and life are my kind of people! Thanks, Sally.... Actually, lately, I think I just run on adrenaline, knowing I need to do things, help my son live his dream. Last night when I finally found my bed, I slept till early morning. something I haven't done in years so I believe my body said enough is enough. Today I am writing and cooking for 20... late night shoot. Just two days left and it will be a wrap. smiles and hugs - Carol

I'm in Rockford, Illinois... it's 90 miles northwest of Chicago and sits about 30 miles south of the Wisconsin/Illinois border. You are a lucky man... every Sunday. I am so jealous. Smiles
