I like the colorful presentation. Good luck in the contest. I remember the fall festivals, where persimmon pudding was always available. My mother used to make it--delicious. Excellent use of rhyme for an added bonus. judi

I like the rhyme of "hums" and "chrysanthemums" but I have to tell you that chrysanthemums are a fall blooming flower and persimmons ripen in late summer to fall. So I would change Springtime to Autumn.

Dum-de-dum-dum, this poem hums. As a gardener you must plant some. They will be pretty when the Summer comes. Now please do not harm them if you have brown thumbs. Too bad they are not edible like sweet plums.

Well written, flowed smoothly for easy reading. These short formats are not as easy as thought. The picture is very complimentary. I love the different colour fonts, so spiffy and pleasant

With just a few words you can create many smiles. Spring is a word for happiness. When you say Spring, we think of flowers, blossoms, green trees, and grass.

Changed it to autumn. Seems these flowers are not springy.

When I saw chrysanthemums I said, "Autumn" but I won't tell him. So you should change Springtime to Autumn in the content.
