First stories, now poetry. I'm sure this will be just as successful. Terrific poem to start out with. I love how you write, if not what you write about. So many great lines here. This is my favorite: Mystic musings walk the planks
I just posted part 4 of my story and it should be to your liking, since Karen holds a gun on her mother and duct tapes her to a pole. Muahahaaaa.... :)

Thanks very much, Phyllis.
Many have shown an interest in unleashing their...darker side, but do not write prose. So, it was suggested by several that I create a multi-authored book for dark poetry as well, to which I've gladly conceded.
I'd be more than happy to read part 4--if you don't mind me jumping in so late. I missed the first three chapters due to other obligations requiring most of my time. Time is something that is in very limited supply with me of late. There simply isn't enough of it to go around nor sufficient hours in a day to accomplish all I'm being asked to do.
Thanks so much again for your review. The book is always open, should you feel the need to unshackle your own demons one day.
Always with respect
~Dean
