Sadly, the background is so dark that the text gets rather lost. I can read it but it would help if the font could be more visible. This is a haunting scene and verse that capture the tragedy of battle which lives on from the past. Excellently done! Take care Debbie

All I know about this war field is that it mythical. Your words are somber and brings to mind the destructive nature of man.

Oh if only all those fields of war simply wither away and peace would be restored to all people! A lovely use of alliteration in your poem! May all the wars cease!

    The main reason was to make it look like the Japanese letters, of course it's different but has that look.
