I think I will remember her name! Your presentation beautifully captures a sensation of heat and fire and warning that she spells danger! Thanks for sharing your fluent and evocative gogyohka verse. Debbie

remember it well & beware - she's awake! are both perfect lines for causing your readers to pause and take notice. Of course, the other lines do a wonderful job describing this female. Once again, you showed us you're the Queen of poetry.

Hola, Guapa, this sounds ominous indeed. I will beware as she's awake. In so few words you stir the imagination. I love it.
Espero qué Todo esta bien. Un abrazo, Ulla xxx

Interesting personification and metaphor. I always thought of destruction as having a masculine form, but today I must admit, with all the goings on, that perception has changed. Very well presented allusion of either our world state, or the complexity of American politics today.

Damn! I love the name! She destroys everything in her path, no doubt. This is a stunning presentation paired beautifully with a mesmerizing, terrifying artwork.
God bless,
Steve

That's a scary lady. No wonder they used to name hurricanes after women - apparently, they thought "Destruction" was a woman, too. Beautiful pictures for something that scary. The Hawaiian goddess of fire was Pele - of course, a woman!

I like that, the goddess of fire. I wrote this poem thinking about a volcano but I left it up for interpretation.

I remember Moana, I love that movie. Their goddess of creation and life was called Te Fiti. She turned to. Te Ka... goddess of destration when she was mad.

    Thank you, big sister.

Your words paint quite a mental picture. I like the presentation, with the various colors of fire, and the pictures also. I like the somewhat ominous lines you wrote. This reminds me of some of the wildfires burning in the US and Canada recently, but your words also apply on a more sensual level. Blessings. Carol

Love the personification of the term. It was indeed a fiery presentation both in bold word choices and colors for the visual. Very well done, Gypsy!! I liked it a lot. Xoxo
