With the cold weather on its way , goulash is a great meal to keep warm.

It is a great winter dish. I love it with rice or mashed potatoes.
I noticed that no one has written the recipe so I decided to edit my entry seeing the deadline is still hours away. I hope you like the new version.

I only had 17 syllables so I had to leave several ingredients out.
