Ohh! VERY, very cool!! The crescent moon DOES look like something that could be rocked, and when it's above the ocean, it looks exactly as if that's happening. What a clever slant on something the rest of us see every day and never think of in that way. You are so artistic and clever!! xoxo

The visual is beautifully captured in your cinquain verse. There is a sense of peace and tranquility as the waning silver moon is gently rocked. My only thought is that I would love to have seen 'cradled' instead of 'cuddled'? But this is, of course, excellent. Take care Debbie
