The Ohmie story I remember reading her was very smart kid always getting into trouble an now he the nickname of Prince Waynard and had disappeared on the back of a silver and red dragon. This is quite a tale. He is possibly going to marry Princess May. I'm not sure I understand who Ohmie really is, but it seems he can be whoever he chooses to be.

    Thank you.
Yes, there's an Ohmie in just about every era.

The story is a little complex with Ohmie being the dead Prince Waynard who wasn't really dead, but he wanted to know what kind of wife he was getting before he became engaged to her. Then he disappears on the dragon's back and Princess May somehow decides he is Prince Waynard. This is very much a story for 10- to 15-year-olds. But it's an Ohmie story so I am enjoying it also.

You have chosen some catchy-sounding names. I keep hearing Sean Connery and thinking about spelunking. It's good that Princess May found out the truth and hopefully, the two of them will figure out how to make it easy for him to marry her after all.

Hi, Wayne. I hope you are well.

Another installment. I have to admit from the titles. I'm expecting a red truck some sort.

So,Ohmie spurned his own wedding by lying about his death. And somehow May has found out who he is and that he's still alive

And, the two of them are falling in love. So the wedding might be on after all.

I look forward to the next chapter

Here did you mean curving?

" running around a cruving staircase. After Princess1"

Here I think you need a was after therefore

" Calandria, but did have rich bottomland and therefore, slightly more prosperous. "

Here kingdoms should be plural not possessive

" surrounding kingdom's either, for that matter. "

Here is the definition of despoil

steal or violently remove valuable or attractive possessions from; plunder

I think you want spoiling

"He was then flummoxed as to how to right his wrong without despoiling the growing"

I enjoyed reading your story

Good job. Thank you for sharing.

Curving - yes I did, thank you.
... and therefore, slightly more prosperous. - I know that I do things unconventionally (read wrong), but I often write like this. As long as I feel the meaning is clear... The same with flummoxed and despoiling. I figure 'someone' has to be the initiator!
Thank you for kingdoms and curving, and for your very, very kind review.

Is this an entry for the book in a month contest? you are starting out with so many threads it would seem hopeful that you could hit that goal. Nice word ply with the names as well. kay

    Thank you very much.
I never have learned how to submit for the book of the month contest. This story is only about 17K words. If I beefed it to 20, or so, reviewers and grammar police would want me to take out the 'non-plot' stuff. (smiley face here)

Now we saw the dragon battle! I find this to be a whimsical original storyline, combined with hints of The King Arthur stories, The Wizard of Oz, Alice In Wonderland, and even Fiddle On The Roof, in which a tutor gets into Tevye's home so he could secretly woo his daughter. Wonder what you'll have for us next?

Your book is so enjoyable to read. It kept me thoroughly engaged! I especially enjoyed the clever twist with Ohmie and Waynard. The dragon encounter was enjoyable to read and well written. I felt like I was right there in Tempest Castle.
