Yes, anger can be like that. I hope you don't feel angry right now. I hope you're not so depressed that you're thinking of doing something desperate.

You described anger very well in this poem. It sounds like the angry person is going to explode

The rulesfor the contest are to write a poem beginning the first four lines with consecutive letters of the Alphabet, forexample, ABCD, the way I did in my poem; you can also use consecutive letters in other parts of the Alphabet, forexample, DEFG for thefirst four lines, and the 5th line can begin with any letter you choose.

Rich in Theme and Imagery.
It also, read well and flowed well with no Grammar Issues.

When my children could not control their emotions I would tell them to count to 10 first before reacting to anything. Eventually they did learn, but I see this anger in my Grandson and it is not a pretty sight. A poignant post, love Dolly x

A good example of ABC poem and a good entry in the contest. Holding
on to anger is never healthy, and, as you know, can lead to stress.
Whenever I feel angry or unhappy I try writing positive poetry with beautiful imagery such as nature poems. It helps.

An excellent entry for the ABC Poetry contest. I would say you description of emotional turmoil is indeed perfect in this poem. Also, the artwork you chose and the the dark background colors really add to the experience. Nicely done.

So many people don't realize that anger causes so many other issues. It's important to recognize it and try to help thwart it. Good work here and best of luck overall
