This looks and sounds amazing Debi. I think I would love to try it, I only have one problem: "I don't cook and I think I'm too old to start trying now." I wouldn't want my wife Kathy to get the idea that I could cook, she might ask me to do it. L.O.L. If she does, maybe I could try this recipe.

Congratulations on your win, dear Debi. I'm sorry I missed the contest. This is a really good entry. It's, also, a really good recipe. I'm going to have to try it. I like the way you changed it around until you got things the way you wanted it. My sister, my cooking guru, keeps telling me that's the secret to success. I think it's talent, myself.

    Awe thanks Rhonda, for the lovely and sweet comments about my egg bake. I promise you it isn't something you want to eat often as it is so rich, but it is so good that my kids beg for it. So please let me know if you do try it.

This sounds very good and it is most definitely a recipe that I likely would have never thought of. I wonder if my kids would enjoy it? A picture would make this come alive even more.

Hi Debbie,
This looks like a good recipe of egg bake. It is very thorough. But I don't like eggs and I can't eat the crust because I am allergic to wheat. so it wouldn't be for me.

I am not that fond of white sauces, but I am glad you have tried different things until you got it the way you like it. I really love cheese and this seems to be very cheesy.

I am hungry just reading your recipe.. My mum would make something quite similar when we were kids.. with onion and tomatoes added in but I think it was the cheese that added to the popularity of the dish for us. I'm surprised there was any pattern left on the plates.. Thanks for the reminder.

I am a huge fan of eggs . I used to eat them every day but due to age I had to reduce to 2/3 times a week.

Your recipe sounds delicious ( I was licking my chops already ) and easy to make.

I need to google : Pillsbury Crescent rolls.. but I'm sure I'll find something similar over here.

I will definitely try it out!

As a recipe, I haven't tried yet, I don't really know what it tastes like. But you have done a very detailed presentation of how to go about creating the recipe and and the ingredients used. All the best for the contest. Thanks for sharing.

    So Mr GoWiSt, there is an old saying and it goes like this, "Try it, you'll like it"
    Haha! I hope you do try it. I do know that the white sauce can be scary, but even if you use a jar of Alfredo sauce, I have never heard of anyone who didn't like it. So let me know after you find out who I am.
