Thank you for sharing this wonderful package for us. I love the idea of this widower sharing a lunch with the birds at his and his wife's favorite place. It doesn't get much better than that. I enjoyed this poem.

This made me so sad. Still packing the extra sandwich, going to their favorite place and seeing and hearing her all around him. For a little while he is with her, then he understands it's just in spirit and gives her sandwich to the birds. Beautifully written. Gretchen

That's so sad and sweet at the same time. One of our family friends would go to his wife's grave everyday for a while. It's sad when the grieving lasts so long.
