I think your poem can speak to readers on several different levels depending on what they are bringing to the poem. I wish you the best of luck with the contest.

Yes, the mist exists. Is it healing? I guess it could be and certainly would be if the one getting wet has that belief!

Good entry for this contest and I wish you well with it.

This may be a matter of taste, but I'm wondering if the article 'The' is necessary. I note that you do without any article at the start of line 2. The potential benefit is that you get one more syllable to play with...

    You're right. Thank you. I focused so much on the syllables that I felt somewhat restricted.
