Very nice narrative poem. I like the free form of it and speaks metaphorically to the nature of time and life. I also liked the nod to Shakespeare here. Nice job, and thanks for sharing.

Mariana: I am gratified by your comment. My mind was on the nature's abuse and especially the Monarch Butterfly species. Made efforts to write in a metaphoric genus.
