This is a cute poem. It looks like it was from a little while ago. I liked reading it. It definitely has an Easter theme, and it definitely seems likely to appeal to children who can read.
One suggestion:
When he got home he was content
to warm up by the fire.
Eat lots of carrot cake and stew,
To fill his hearts desire.
I think you might want to change the period after fire to a comma. Otherwise it sounds like the reader needs to eat lots of carrot cake and stew.

Terrific poem for the season. You have certainly expressed the 'bunny's' journey in a picturesque and lilting way. The line 'It was filled to the brim' might fit in with the rhythm 'And stacked it to the brim'. Good work and Happy Easter!
