This work has reached the exceptional level

to darkness

by kiwisteveh


by waters

of an honest river

birds watch from bare limbs of naked trees


ashen sun

falls slowly from the sky

solemn words and deeds have not appeased


awful gods

of loneliness and loss --

to the darkness now, by terror seized
