A chapter in the book Act of Endurance

Alone

by TPAC

A soul, fully isolated, it's voided in silence, totally, out a mature man rain cries, sure, as a child, entrapped, along this river guy, lonely, captured in thoughts, cautious steps; done by tips: in a pasture.

My mind, it is tossed, place inside riddled, reveals a living fate, activities, within its inner, a numb state, which to me, ride is taunting, reflect past thoughts; actualities: its harsh side.

My movement, steps to go forward, lived, expands to a wrong, throbs a sharp pain, in head, kept loud its forgotten song, bong sung, by occurrence; heard: draining an aged body's frame.

I see ahead, in short distance, steadily to a valley peace, hell's core to go, burying me in the ground, therein, before this, more paces towards goal, attempt; ends my gloom: at death's door.

I have knowledge, it is basic, about known things, fell not yet tears from me, dropped, all them, never events to recall a true fact, of account, not comprehend the ears journey; fright times: its years.

A, solo traveler in this life, alone, not a preset final point, best fated bet set downer, not for a chance of, to ring any winning bell, trap is a fail soul; not fact common: majority of men.

Strange visitations, walking lone road haunted, endured angry encounters, periods in complete terror, sealed in, entrapment, sound, like a toad, up a hill efforts going; with fixed load: a struggling ant.

Although timid, I do sing, to myself, as I tour, small elf found alone, facing this hell, being on arrival attacked, my final position; simply I: on a shelf.

Life, within its unexpected elements, found all alone, hid therein, reveals items governing, telling of our being; set destiny: giving fears.
