I went to collect new glasses
Last Saturday that was.
If I look in the mirror,
it looks very different.
I first study my lovely new
'look-through's' ,
and not as many flaws
as before.

So not much need
to search much further.
But if I really study my body
with a magnifying glass,
I only see nice small ears,
feet as well.
But I lost so much weight
that skin is wrinkling everywhere.

This is the honest truth.
