In dedication to a wonderful man

To Andrea

by Cass Carlton

If I said to him "I love you"
He would understand
And kiss my hand
We'd laugh and stand
Arms entwined.
Although he's blind
He'd see
Me.
The soul who loves his soul
Nothing lost, completely whole.
I would say "I love you"
He would say "I love you too."
