The wall begins to
crumble down
the sun starts
shining in
The brightness makes
your smile wide
like summer brings
great joy

You fall for charm and
empty words
you want to believe
are true

Soon enough
the brightness ends
the clouds begin
to gather
stone by stone
the wall returns
to guard your heart
forever

Another day, another dawn
