thoughts,
running through my brain,
tumbling,
stumbling,
driving me insane.

How to stop them
I can't
tell.
Cut through the
melee,
shout and yell?

Will it add to
the mayhem
churning up my head.
Maybe it will confuse
me more,
leaving my ideas dead.

Meditation is something,
I really want
to learn.
To help me find my
inner peace,
I need to cool it
not burn.
