Peace, sweet peace -
The nectar so longed for
stumbled upon
in the rarest of moments when not sought.

Oh, to have a field of that bountiful
and glorious taste - waiting to be sipped
to give the heart song

Rest in the arms of a breeze.
Warmth to the depth, cool to the touch
considering not where I lie

Peace, sweet peace -
Don't wrest me away
from your fleeting presence
