A poem.

Can men deduce?

by royowen

Once I thought that men could think,
transcendent reason has a chink.
Our minds in grooves can be conformed,
our fortress holed, defences stormed.

Even then we can build roads,
where innovation makes abodes.
Can creative thought be bought,
with neural pathways courting sought?

Yet God has made the human mind,
to be creative not be blind.
Though ears can hear then don't perceive,
expose their weakness, God doth grieve.

As God has given ears to hear,
faith for.souls to know no fear.
With trust to never fear the grave,
with joy to love, and grace to save.

Matthew 13:15
For this people's heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them. ESV

Galatians 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
