A chapter in the book 2024 Gypsy's Free Verse
The Stars Tremble
by Gypsy Blue Rose
Presentation and Poem by Gypsy Blue Rose (c) copyright 12/13/24
you are gone and the night is silent as the stars tremble in the distance
nearby the winds spin and dance to the nocturnal songs of crickets’ violins
many summer eves you held me inside our tent from dusk till dawn under the infinite sky
at eventide I listened to your heart beating to the rhythm of waves playing with sand
my poems fall like dew over the grass dripping loneliness and loss ‘cause you are gone

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and review my poem.
