Buffy stomped her foot. "I'm mad!"
Her mother nodded while making sandwiches.
"I'm running away."
"Are you going far?"
"To Mandy's house because I can't cross the street."
Mom sighed. "I'll miss you. It's lunchtime."
Buffy's stomach growled.
"It is?"
"Do you want to stay?"
"Yup!"
Mom smiled.
Runaway diverted.
Buffy stomped her foot. "I'm mad!"
